Nous fournissons des solutions digitales \u00e0 la fois hardware, comme des t\u00e9l\u00e9viseurs ou des tablettes pour \u00e9quiper les chambres des patients, mais aussi software comme des logiciels qu\u2019on peut t\u00e9l\u00e9charger. Avant l\u2019hospitalisation, vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger des pi\u00e8ces, les transmettre \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital, et apr\u00e8s l\u2019hospitalisation, vous pouvez envoyer des documents et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des questionnaires pour savoir si tout s\u2019est bien pass\u00e9.&nbsp;<strong>En fait, nous sommes pr\u00e9sents tout au long du parcours patient.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte,&nbsp;<strong>Axialease a financ\u00e9 nos \u00e9quipements en chambre, que sont les t\u00e9l\u00e9viseurs et les tablettes.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns bloc-page-texte is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LE LEASEBACK PAR RAPPORT AU LEASING CLASSIQUE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Lorsque nous signons un contrat avec un h\u00f4pital, il s\u2019agit de dur\u00e9es assez longues, de 7 \u00e0 10 ans. Sur cette dur\u00e9e-l\u00e0, nous devons payer tous nos Capex (nos t\u00e9l\u00e9viseurs, nos tablettes) en d\u00e9but de contrat \u00e0 nos fournisseurs.&nbsp;<strong>Pour que le cash ne soit pas trop pris par ces investissements<\/strong>, nous passons par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de location financi\u00e8re qui va nous les louer sur 5 ans.&nbsp;<strong>Cela permet que nos cash-flows soient bien r\u00e9partis sur toute la dur\u00e9e du contrat<\/strong>. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[\u2026]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Nous avons fait appel \u00e0 Axialease \u00e0 des moments importants pour notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, lorsque&nbsp;<strong>nous avons rachet\u00e9 des entreprises qui finan\u00e7aient elles-m\u00eames leurs actifs<\/strong>. Pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer de la tr\u00e9sorerie, notamment en 2020 pendant la crise du Covid-19,&nbsp;<strong>nous avons c\u00e9d\u00e9 ces actifs \u00e0 Axialease, et avons ainsi pu r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer du cash, pour assurer la crise sanitaire<\/strong>. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UNE RELATION DE CONFIANCE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab La collaboration s\u2019est faite en deux fois, la premi\u00e8re fois en 2020, lorsque nous avons vendu une partie de notre parc \u00e0 cause de la crise de la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, et ensuite en 2022,&nbsp;<strong>lorsque nous avons rachet\u00e9 une autre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, qui elle aussi auto-finan\u00e7ait son parc. L\u00e0, le leaseback a \u00e9t\u00e9 un moyen de lib\u00e9rer de la tr\u00e9sorerie suite au rachat, pour rendre profitable la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9e<\/strong>. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[\u2026]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<strong>Axialease ont su \u00eatre ultra-r\u00e9actifs<\/strong>, entre le moment o\u00f9 nous avons donn\u00e9 le dossier et celui o\u00f9 nous avons r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 le cash, il s\u2019est pass\u00e9 un mois et demi au maximum. Sur notre deuxi\u00e8me dossier, c\u2019est bien s\u00fbr aussi la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 qui nous a attir\u00e9, mais aussi le fait de&nbsp;<strong>pouvoir financer des actifs d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui avait des r\u00e9sultats financiers compliqu\u00e9s<\/strong>. Axialease est all\u00e9e l\u00e0 o\u00f9 certaines banques refusaient d\u2019aller.&nbsp;<strong>C\u2019est tout l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du leaseback.
